Intuit360 was founded with a clear mission: to empower leaders and transform organizations through intuitive, high-impact coaching, consulting services and leadership development. John and Louise Smallwood, the founders of Intuit360, recognized a growing need for a holistic approach to leadership that not only focuses on business performance but also on the personal growth and emotional intelligence of each individual.

With decades of experience across diverse industries, they set out to create a company that integrates proven leadership methodologies with real-world experience, supporting individuals and teams thrive in today’s complex business environments.

John
Smallwood

John is a seasoned and highly respected Leadership Coach and CEO with a wealth of experience across diverse industries and global markets. Known for his calm, articulate, and direct approach, John excels at cutting through the complexities of leadership and team dynamics, bringing clarity and focus to the challenges his clients face.

An ontologically trained high-performance coach and accredited Master Coach, John draws from a range of methodologies blending his deep understanding of leadership with practical, real-world strategies. His clients describe him as someone who brings a profound sense of awareness, pushing them to examine where they are and what is required to become the leader and individual they aspire to be. 

John’s coaching goes beyond traditional management consulting and surface-level fixes. His sessions are known for their intensity, depth of inquiry, and impact, leaving clients with a deeper understanding of themselves and a renewed sense of purpose. Louise
Smallwood

Louise is a dynamic and results-driven Leadership Coach with decades of leadership experience spanning a wide range of industries. As an ontologically trained and accredited Master Coach and facilitator, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in complex, high-stakes environments. 

Her extensive experience working with global, domestic, and local teams gives her a deep understanding of complex team dynamics and the challenges experienced across all levels within a team, uniquely positioning her to support clients in addressing and transforming their results.  

Louise specializes in cutting through the roadblocks and blind spots that hinder executives, leaders, and high-performance individuals from unlocking their full potential. Whether it’s navigating complex relationship challenges, enhancing team performance, or being fulfilled in life, Louise partners with her clients to achieve transformative outcomes. Her coaching approach is grounded in trust and accountability, delivering insight, action, and measurable progress—supporting leaders move from where they are to where they truly want to be.

Suzanne
Liebeek

Suzanne leads Intuit360’s People + Culture division, bringing decades of experience across leadership, organizational transformation, and change management roles in Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe, and MENA. Her expertise spans multiple industries, and she is known for her exceptional ability to translate business strategy into transformative people and culture initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact.

Suzanne’s approach is both holistic and integrated, focusing on fostering environments where employees thrive, leaders grow, and culture aligns with business goals. Passionate about creating exceptional workplaces, she moves beyond traditional compliance-based People and Culture models to inspire high performance, deep employee engagement, and resilient, customer-focused cultures. As a mentor, coach, and strategic consultant, Suzanne is committed to empowering people and culture teams to build strong, values-driven organizations that succeed in today’s dynamic marketplace.
